Sunset Boat Tour in Lisbon

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine visited Lisbon and wanted to do something memorable. She had the idea of taking a boat tour on the Tagus river at sunset. It was such a great idea! I got super excited about it! I called Best Yacht Experience and they took care of everything. Now, I’m going to tell you everything about it!

When the day arrived, I was a little afraid of the weather. It was cold and it was supposed to rain but, close to 5pm, the clouds just disappeared and the sunset was absolutely perfect.

We went for a 2 hour private sunset boat tour between 5 and 7pm and had a really great time. We didn’t even notice the time passing. It was such a relaxing experience.

Lisbon was beautiful as always. We spot many points of interest such as Torre de Belém, Ponte 25 de Abril, Praça do Comércio and Cristo Rei, in Almada. We took lots of pictures (obviously) and it was definitely a moment to remember!

I recommend you to wear comfortable shoes and to bring a jacket with you. They changed the meeting point but it was easy to find, right under the Ponte 25 de Abril. The sparkling wine and the cozy blankets were appreciated and the crew was amazing and really friendly.

Everybody liked the experience and I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon so if you enjoy sailing, amazing sunsets or if you want to see Lisbon from a different perspective, do try it.
